Happy New (Homeschool) Year! Compass winter classes begin next week on January 9 and 11. Winter is a great time to try some classes while passing the colder, shorter homeschool days. Check out the current schedule of classes!
Register online today! There are dozens of classes available for homeschooled kids in PreK-12th grade. Compass is in its 7th year, and we are continuing to innovate and bring more opportunities to homeschool families! Look for classes in math, science, engineering, technology, history, humanities, civics, writing, French, Spanish, ASL, art, music, dance, drama, cooking, chess, fitness, fencing, and more! Special events coming up this winter at Compass include the Greater Fairfax Geographic Bee, two Spelling Bees, our annual Art and Talent Showcase, and Valentines exchange. Students can continue to participate in the Bio-Chem Learning labs, math clubs, spelling club, Alpha Rho national homeschool honor society, Compass Collaborative newspaper, and PenPoint literary magazine.
