Michelle Dzema is a writer and photographer with a BA in Literature and Fine Arts from Tufts University. For eight years, she has been leading online workshops in meditation and adult writing, and seminars that combine writing and photography to explore intentional living. Her work has appeared in the magazines Bella Grace and Mabel, as well as several places online. She’s been journaling, making lists, and taking pictures for as long as she can remember. Another way that Michelle remains mindful and practices intentional living is through yoga and meditation. She is a Registered Yoga Instructor with the Yoga Alliance with a specialty in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra/Meditation. She is also a Certified Breathwork Coach with YOGABODY and is an instructor at the West Trail Wellness and Massage in Purcellville, VA. Michelle lives in Purcellville and homeschooled her grown children.
