Now Posted…Fall Compass Classes! Early Registration Starts May 16

Great news! The all-new schedules for Fall Compass classes (1st and 2nd quarters) have been posted!

Early registration for 1st quarter begins this week on Friday, May 16 at 6:00 am. A 10% early registration discount is offered through June 30. But don’t wait, some popular classes fill up quickly!

58 first quarter classes are offered for homeschooled students in grades K-9th, including topics in math, science, engineering, technology, robotics, history, geography, civics, public speaking, writing, Latin, Spanish, French, Mandarin, art, music, drama, cooking, chess, fitness, and more! You will find some returning favorites and many innovative, new class topics along with five new instructors. All-new classes include:

  • Stage Combat
  • Djembe Drum Jam
  • Introduction to Trial Courts/Mock Trial
  • Model UN for Middle Schoolers
  • Board Game Design and Innovation
  • Latin for Learning Language: Mythology
  • Probability and Statistics: Games of Chance
  • Dissection Lab
  • Fiction Writing Workshop
  • Compass Choristers
  • Tech Shop: Tools + Materials
  • ….and many more!

1st quarter is 7 weeks long and begins Wednesday, September 10. 2nd quarter is 7 weeks long and begins October 29. Early registration for 2nd quarter will take place the end of August.


Two information sessions are offered this Wednesday, May 14 for new families interested in Compass for fall:

Session 1: 10:30 am – 11:30 am

Session 2: 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Interested families are encouraged to come see the location, get an overview of the fall schedule, peek in some classrooms, and meet other Compass families. We will share information about special activities and events that we host throughout the year and answer common questions about registration, age/grade placement, drop-off, and questions about specific classes.
