FREE Trial Class: CrossFit Kids Fitness this Wednesday, 10:00 am

Start your homeschool day with slam balls, rope ladders, kettlebells, jump ropes, and dumbbells before getting out paper, pencil, and protractor!

Burn off some energy before sitting down to study more serious topics!

The coaching team of CrossFit Kids is offering a FREE TRIAL CLASS this week on Wednesday, September 12, at 10:00 am to show more kids that fitness is fun!

At the end of the trial class, students who enjoyed the program can enroll on-the-spot for the next 6 weeks for $96.00. CrossFit is for kids, tweens, and teens in 2nd-6th grade.

CrossFit Kids is a well-rounded, dynamic kids’ fitness program where no two workouts are the same. Work-outs are scalable and adaptable to each individual’s level, and the emphasis is on fun, safety, and personal achievement rather than competition. Exercises incorporate movements that are key to playing- and daily living- such as: pulling, pushing, running, throwing, climbing, lifting, and jumping. Each session’s activities include exercises in 10 target areas:

  • Cardio-vascular endurance
  • Stamina
  • Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Power
  • Speed
  • Coordination
  • Agility
  • Balance
  • Accuracy

Students should wear comfortable, work-out clothing such as shorts, leggings, or track pants, t-shirts, and athletic shoes, and they should bring refillable water bottles.
