This week, on Wednesday, April 9, Fun-da-Mentals of Bright Minds, a distributor of Critical Thinking Company materials, will exhibit at Compass from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm. Critical Thinking Company offers an array of books and software covering math, writing, science, history, logic, reasoning, analytical skills, and more!

Fun-da-Mentals of Bright Minds owner Kathryn Orta is a 12-year homeschooling veteran mother and independent consultant and reseller of Critical Thinking Company materials. She will be on hand to answer questions, make recommendations, and help match CTC books and strategies with specific educational goals. Join Kathryn from 12:00- 12:45 am, in the teen atrium for a special parent workshop on creative ways to integrate Critical Thinking Company materials into your homeschool approach.

 

In addition, Search for the Hidden Clover will exhibit at Compass on Wednesday from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Author, illustrator, and conservationist Julia Heckathorn will be on hand to sign her books and discuss the nature topics that are explored in her pictures books on “Search for the Hidden Clover” in Costa Rica, Escudo Island, Redwood Forest and Kangaroo Island.
