Compass Partners with Educational Advocacy & Support for Evaluations

Compass is pleased to announce a partnership with Educational Advocacy & Support LLC to provide year-end evaluations to meet Virginia’s “evidence of progress” requirement. Homeschool families will be able to schedule a dedicated time with the lead educational consultant with the convenience of meeting right at Compass.

Consultant Shannon McClain is a licensed teacher with a master’s degree in teaching, and she is an experienced homeschool mom herself. Shannon understands the nuances of homeschooling children with a variety of schooling styles, educational goals, and learning differences. She offers a relaxed, comfortable, and convenient evaluation experience and can tailor evaluations to the needs of the family.

To make it even easier for Compass families to complete their evidence of progress evaluations, Shannon is offering a discount of 20% off her regular evaluation fee for Compass families.

Contact Shannon at shannon@eas.education to schedule an evaluation at Compass on a Wednesday or Friday in April or May.
