2nd Quarter Registration is Open!
Regular registration for 2nd Quarter classes is ongoing! 2nd Quarter starts Wednesday, October 30, and is 7 weeks long. Several classes are already full or have just a few seats remaining.
2nd quarter registration will temporarily close on Saturday, September 28, for a system upgrade, and will re-open on October 7.
Most classes are stand-alone without prerequisites. 47 classes are offered 2nd quarter for homeschooled students in K-9th grade. See the website for the complete list of classes. There are many all-new, innovative classes and returning favorites in:
- French, Spanish, Mandarin, Writing, Public Speaking
- Science, Technology, Robotics, Fabrication, Legos, Programming, Math
- Art, Music, Drama, Dance, Comics, Singing, Guitar
- Historical Swordsmanship, Fitness Boot Camp, Chess, Cooking
- Civics, Medieval History, Geography
If you have some gaps in your curriculum, want to incorporate an outside class, or are looking for a few more social interactions, please consider at Compass classes! Compass Classes are taught on Wednesdays in Oakton for students in Kindergarten-9th grade. All Compass instructors are professional educations, but the Compass program is organized by homeschoolers for homeschoolers!’
