New Year’s Resolution: Encourage Active Kids!

If you have a New Year’s resolution to help your kids become more active, Compass has several fun, active winter classes for them! To help meet your goal, save ten percent (10%) off select active classes when you use the code FIT2021 at registration!

Increased screen time and reduced opportunities for sports and recreation in 2020 have impacted children’s health and levels of fitness according to many studies. The CDC reminds us that physical activity in kids improves memory, concentration, and “on-task behaviors” along with reducing anxiety.

The following small-group classes will be held in our spacious, 1000+ SF Activity Room this winter. Activities will be conducted safely with masks, a hand washing station, upsized ventilation system, and separate HEPA air filters/UV-C air sanitizers. Activities, including self defense, have been modified to promote distancing among students.
