  • Spiced Gingerbread– a warmly spiced treat from 14th-century England
  • Douce Zane– a savory-sweet dish of capon (chicken) with milk and honey, from 1390
  • Pumpion Pie– an English pumpkin pie from 1670

Step into the past and bring centuries-old recipes to life. This unique experience blends culinary skills with cultural exploration, inviting students to discover history they can see, smell, and taste.
