Compass 2 College Internships

Compass 2 College students have access to meaningful internship opportunities designed to help them explore interests, build responsibility, and strengthen their college applications through real-world experience. These placements allow students to move beyond simply listing classes and activities by showing initiative, maturity, consistency, and a willingness to contribute in a professional or service-oriented setting.

A Compass manager will work with each student to identify an appropriate match, support a successful placement, and help ensure clear expectations. Students who complete their internships successfully will receive reference letters documenting their role, reliability, and contributions. Each internship is expected to require approximately 1–3 hours per week, and participating students must treat the commitment seriously by budgeting time for it in their weekly schedule just as they would for classes, homework, or other important obligations.

All internships are unpaid positions with Compass, Compass affiliates, or vetted Compass partners. Internships are semester-long opportunities, and students may have the option to continue into additional semesters depending on program needs, student performance, and availability.

Please review the internship opportunities listed below. All openings will appear as waitlist only because students are not automatically placed into internships. Adding your name to a waitlist indicates your interest in that position. Interested students will be contacted for an interview, and selected candidates will be notified once placements have been determined.
