Nidhi Tandon is a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist (SLDS). She earned a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2012. Through her business, ThinkSpeech Therapy, Nidhi has more than a decade of experience supporting children with speech, language, literacy, and learning differences, including Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS).
Nidhi earned a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Her extensive professional development includes advanced coursework and certifications such as: Certificate in DyslexiaSpecialist in Structured Literacy from the International Dyslexia Association (IDA); Orton-Gillingham early language development instruction from the Institute for Multi-Sensory Education (ISME); Atlantic Seaboard Dyslexia Education Center (ASDEC)’s Sounds in Syllables structured literary program; and Lindamood-Bell instruction in Seeing Stars, Visualizing & Verbalizing, LIPS, and On Cloud Nine programs. In addition, she is certified in the Hanen It Takes Two to Talk– early language development and trained in Michelle Garcia Winner’s Social Thinking.
