Rebecca Sticha is the Compass instructor for LEGO engineering, robotics, science enrichment, and math classes. Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester. She worked as an engineer and tutor before discovering her passion for teaching STEM concepts through projects and play.
