Jenny Grove-Bradshaw is the Founder and Director of Compass Homeschool enrichment. She earned an undergraduate degree in Building Construction from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Building Construction Management from Purdue University. After 20 years in the commercial construction industry, homeschooling her own children ignited the creative and entrepreneurial drive to launch Compass. Jenny earned a College Admissions Specialist Certificate from the American School Counselor Association, a Certificate in College Counseling from the University of California San Diego, and is a candidate for a graduate certificate in Gifted, Talented, and Creative Studies through Purdue University. She has also completed trauma-informed training. Jenny is involved in numerous professional and community organizations and the homeschool community. She is frequently invited to speak on panels, at conferences, and at meetings on the topic of homeschooling.
Jenny is a veteran homeschooler and the mother of four daughters. Twin daughters Lauren (University of Virginia, Class of 2026, BS Biology) and Elizabeth (Purdue University, Class of 2026, BS Aerospace Engineering) were homeschooled from birth through 12th grade. Younger daughters Emma and Abby are being homeschooled for middle school and elementary school respectively.
