Henry, Marybeth

Marybeth Henry has been a National Registry-certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Virginia-certified EMT with the Office of Emergency Management Services (EMS) since 2010. She is a Lieutenant and has been a volunteer EMT with Sterling Volunteer Rescue since 2010. Marybeth is a statewide Education Coordinator in the Virginia Office of EMS and serves as an assistant instructor/evaluator at the Loudoun County Fire-Rescue Training Center. She teaches courses in BLS, First Aid, and CPR (AHA, ASHI and Red Cross). Marybeth holds certificates in Mental Health First Aid Instructor and Mental Health First Aid for Youth Instructor from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. She taught high school EMT at the Academies of Loudoun from 2018 through 2023. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University. Marybeth has two grown children and currently resides in Reston, VA, with one very sweet but very old dog.
