Holiday Meal How-To (Adults)

Description:

Whether it is your turn to fix the feast for the first time or you strive to spice up your standbys, this workshop will prepare you to present a delightful holiday dinner. In this 5-evening workshop series, you will learn to prepare all the accoutrements: an appetizer, a soup, a salad, 6 side dishes, and a dessert. Participants will receive a take-home tip sheet for preparing a turkey, ham, or beef wellington, and a suggested schedule for the days before and day of your feast.

  • Potatoes au Gratin (December 1)
  • Cranberry Stuffing (December 1)
  • Creamed Pearl Onions (December 8)
  • Homemade Cranberry Sauce (December 8)
  • Carrots Marsala (December 8)
  • Buche de Noel Cake (December 15)
