What did dinner look like thousands of years ago? Head into the kitchen to bake like a Babylonian and roast like a Roman, preparing foods inspired by two of the ancient world’s great civilizations. Along the way, discover what people ate, how meals were prepared, and what food reveals about daily life, trade, wealth, and culture in this 3-hour workshop.
