Give your child an unforgettable, frosty field trip with Homeschool Ski Adventures! Enjoy a day on the snowy slopes skiing with homeschool friends at Liberty Mountain Resort in Fairfield, PA. All details are arranged by MC Youth Ski Club, a community program run by a Compass parent.
The final ski trip of the year is scheduled for Monday, February 23. Registrations must be received by Monday, February 16 at 5:00 pm.
Options include:
- Youth Package, Complete ($199)
- Adult Packade, Complete ($149)
- Youth Package- Drive Yourself ($105)
- Adult Package- Drive Yourself ($105)
- Adult- Lift Ticket Only ($65)
A “Complete” package includes roundtrip transportation by van or bus, rental of all ski equipment, ski lesson, lift ticket, lunch voucher, and supervision.

Schedule:
- 8:15 am- participants riding in vans gather
- 8:30 am- vans depart from Compass
- 10:15 am- families driving themselves must meet
- 10:30 am – 3:00 pm “on the mountain” lessons/skiing
- 5:00 pm- vans return to Compass
- 8:00 pm- slopes close to those who drive themselves
Other details:
- This program is open to all area homeschoolers, their friends, and siblings. Participants do not have to be enrolled in Compass classes.
- Minimum age for lessons- 7
- Ages 7-9, must have a participating parent or designated adult in attendence
- This event can be drop-off for children ages 10+ when “complete” package (with transportation) is purchased.
- Parents are welcome with the purchase of an Adult package.
- This field trip is for skiing only. Watch for a snowboarding option next year.
- All participants will be required to set up access and sign waivers through MCYSC’s online portal prior to the trip.
