Megan Fairchild

Megan Fairchild comes to Compass with more than eight years of experience in early childhood education and human services as the Assistant Director of The Augusta School in Sterling, Virgina. There, she was in charge of code and licensing compliance, communications and marketing, administrative tasks, deliveries, and logistics. She served as the enrollment coordinator, liaison between staff and the owner, and she planned school and community events. Megan earned a Bachelors of Social Work from George Mason University.
