Constantino Maradey is a PPR-Certified Pickleball Coach, tournament and league director, and lifelong racquet sports enthusiast who brings a passion for both competition and community to the court. An experienced player and instructor, Constantino works with children, teens, and adults of all skill levels, from first-time players learning how to hold a paddle to experienced competitors looking to sharpen their game.
Constantino has extensive experience developing and directing pickleball programming throughout Northern Virginia. He has organized leagues, ladders, round robins, tournaments, DUPR-rated events, and other competitive programs at area facilities, including Life Time Fitness and Worldgate Athletic Club & Spa. As a coach, Constantino emphasizes strong fundamentals, strategic play, good sportsmanship, and plenty of time on the court putting new skills into action.
