Itz, Nicole

Nicole Itz is a veterinary professional with over eighteen years of experience in both general practice and emergency veterinary settings. Her background includes comprehensive patient care, clinical procedures, and laboratory diagnostics. Nicole worked as a Veterinary Technician at Parkway Veterinary Clinic, where she supported surgeries, monitored patients, and performed diagnostic testing. She also served as an Overnight Lead Veterinary Technician at the Woodbridge Animal Hospital, managing critical cases and assisting with urgent procedures. She has experience training staff and educating clients, and she enjoys helping others understand how veterinary care works in practice. At Compass, Nicole focuses on hands-on learning and practical skills in animal care. Nicole complete a Bachelor of Arts at George Mason University and homeschools her two children.
