David Chelf earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Shepherd University where his research interests included Computational Physics, Mathematical Modeling, and Physical Biology. David is a recipient of the WVSGC NASA Undergraduate Research Fellowship for his role as lead programmer in a Mathematical Modeling research collaboration. He is a skilled writer and public speaker with substantial experience in the dissemination of technical information to various audiences. David has over 10 years of experience as a private mathematics tutor, working with students from 9th grade through college and covering topics through Calculus IV. Mr. Chelf is also part of a team currently working to develop an enrichment program tailored to students who are anxious about math and insecure about their math abilities. The program is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2019.
