Sandy Brown is an experienced educator with more than two decades of work in K–12 education and a strong background in English, language arts, reading, writing, and humanities instruction. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from George Mason University and a Master of Arts in Education from Eastern Oregon University. She holds professional teaching licenses in Virginia, New York, and Oregon.

Sandy most recently taught middle school students at Pinnacle Academy in Chantilly, where her responsibilities also included curriculum development. She previously taught English and social studies at Merritt Academy in Fairfax. Prior to that, Sandy taught language arts and humanities in Aurora Public Schools in Colorado, Morris Central School in New York, and Redmond County Schools in Oregon. Through her consulting practice, Sandy presents workshops, coaches students, and provides educational consulting and curriculum-development services to schools and educational platforms. She has also completed specialized training in brain health through Amen University and authored a curriculum for at-risk middle school girls.
