Join us for our annual Paint-Your-Own Pottery Party on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, November 11 – 13. Kids can paint ceramic plates, bowls, mugs, figurines, or a set of 3 mix-and math ornaments.

Painting will be done studio-style at Compass, and pieces will be fired, glazed, and returned this month. Register for a session beginning at 10am, 11am, 12pm, or 1pm, but stay as long as you’d like (ending by 2:30 pm). This is not a drop-off event: parents must remain with their child(ren) under age 13. Parents are welcome to register and paint items themselves. Non-Compass homeschoolers are welcome to participate.
The cost per piece is lower than local pottery studios, and there is no separate studio fee. The pre-registration price is $20.00 for one item/ $40.00 for two items. Painters will choose their pieces at the event from a selection of unglazed pottery, and additional pottery pieces will be available to add on. Reserve your paint time and pre-pay for 1 or 2 pieces now through the Compass Special Event Registration webpage. This event is being hosted by Clay Cafe of Chantilly and held at 510 Herndon Parkway, Suite C, Herndon.
