Gryffindors, Hufflepuffs, Ravenclaws, or Slytherins are welcome for 1/2-day summer workshops and weekly fall classes:

Harry Potter’s Hogwarts Handicrafts: Monster Book of Monsters

  • Create a Monster Book of Monsters, the textbook used in your Care of Magical Creatures class with Hagrid

  • Make a time-traveling device like the one given to Hermione by Professor McGonagall.

    Harry Potter’s Hogwarts Handicrafts: Patronus Shadow Box

  • Craft a Patronus Shadow Box, the embodiment of a spell from Professor Lupin’s Defense Against the Dark Arts class

    Harry Potter’s Hogwarts Handicrafts: Potted Mandrakes

  • Fabricate the magical animated mandrake plant from Professor Sprout’s Herbology class
  • One-day workshop: 7/2/21, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
  • Tweens & teens, ages 12+

    Wizard’s Workshop: Hogwart’s Handicrafts- Guest Prof. Dumbledore

  • Create projects inspired by your core classes at Hogwarts (Charms, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Herbology, Potions, and Transfiguration) and a Hogwarts guest professor each quarter. Learn to work with a variety of materials and a broad range of crafting skills such as hand-sewing, painting, papercrafting (including precision cutting, folding, and stenciling) sculpting, and wireworking to create magical pieces inspired by the World of Harry Potter. The first in a series of four quarters.
  • 7-week class: Thursdays at 12:00 pm, starting September 9
