Seminario, Alex

Alex Seminario has worked in the fields of Information Technology and Cybersecurity operations for over 20 years. Mr. Seminario is currently an Associate Professor of Information Technology and Cybersecurity at Northern Virginia Community College where he both teaches and develops courses. He is the Cybersecurity Program Coordinator at NOVA’s Annandale Campus. Mr. Seminario is also a consultant and project manager in the areas of IT and cybersecurity for a variety of businesses, institutions, and agencies. Mr. Seminario is certified in a variety of operating systems, software platforms, and offensive and defensive cybersecurity tools. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from George Mason University and a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Network Management from Strayer University.
