First Aid & CPR Worshops for Teens

Would you know what to do if you cut yourself in the kitchen?

What if a friend had an anaphylactic reaction to a food or your teacher suddenly collapsed?

Whether you play outdoors, participate in sports, go to the pool, cook at home, supervise siblings, or just hang out with friends, you should know what to do when an emergency arises! First Aid and CPR are the practical life skills you hope you don’t have to use, but are thankful for if you do.
