Mariner’s Museum Virtual Workshops Offered Through Compass

This winter, Compass has partnered with the Mariner’s Museum in Newport News, VA, to bring a variety of 1-time virtual workshops to homeschooling families in northern Virginia. From the comfort of your own home, your kids can now participate in science and history workshops taught over a virtual platform by museum educators. The workshop content is geared towards 3rd-5th grade, but older and younger students will also enjoy the 30-45 minute format and interaction with museum experts.

These classes are ordinarily offered only to school groups, but homeschool families can participate for an affordable rate of just $12.00 per family login (not per student.) Register for sessions individually or save a few dollars by registering for the series. Click the hyperlinks below to register.
