Information Session: Compass High School Mock Trial Team (5/26)

The Compass High School Mock Trial team has openings for the 2021-22 school year!

Do you have an outgoing 9th-11th grade student homeschooled who enjoys project-based learning? Compass has a high school mock trial team, and the team is looking for a few new members for next year.

High school mock trial gives teens an “authentic courtroom experience” with in-depth work as a team while honing personal skills in logic, debate, public speaking, and learning about the American judicial system.
Interested teens are invited to an information session about Compass’s Mock Trial team:

The Compass team placed 2nd in the state of Virginia in March 2021. Come out to hear from this year’s team members. Find out what they love about mock trial, and learn about the team’s 2021-22 schedule and expectations. Successful team members often have experience in public speaking, debate, or acting along with strong presentation or speaking skills and an interest in the law.
